Shame is not simply just a feeling we experience when we do something wrong. It is a systemic belief system that corrupts our godly inheritance and effects everything we do. Shame is the hidden poison that distorts our relationship with God and others, work behaviors, our self image, and even our eating habits.

Shame Off You is a 4 week discipleship course designed to uproot the systematic root system of shame and replace it with God’s truth about who you are, who He is, and His inheritance for you as a son or daughter.

Truth is the key to freedom but it’s not always as simple as just believing better. We must tackle this systemic lie by understanding the complexity of it’s perspective and how it shape our memories, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs.
